Welcome to my blog. If you don't know me, my name is D.N. Lyons.

If you're one of the ones who know me well, you're probably never going to pick up a single story I write.

And that's because I've been an erotica writer, mostly M/M, since I was 15. If you know me from then, you know my hands are nymphomaniacs. They just can't stop typing "Sex! Sex! Sex!" even though I'm not a man and don't know about a good analprobe from experience. (Hell, does any woman? Anal sex is weird when girls do it...although figging sounds pretty fun. It's going in my series.)

But the good news is, those of you who don't know me well won't have long to wait for the M/M goodness.

My first e-book, a sexy teaser just under 6k, is coming in the Inherently Sexual anthology from Freya's Bower, tentatively set for this year. We won't know until the rest of the authors collaborate.

And my 28k novella---the smoldering Viking/pirate novella I did for NaNoWriMo this last November---is going through final edits and then back to Freya's Bower for hopeful review.

Well, the Magic 8-ball said "No Doubt", so I'm inclined to believe it. I'm superstitious that way.

I'll be subbing the first of my NtB series this fall. I just have to finish a couple of chapters on the first book, and then it'll be done and ready for the first edit.

Maybe I should ask the Magic 8-ball every month and keep my hopes up. I asked a miniature Magic 8-ball, and I'm getting a full-size one tomorrow to fuel my writing up. Why a Magic 8-ball, you ask?

Well, if you shake it just right, you'll always get a good outlook. And do I know how to shake it!

The editor who publishes my NtB series is going to get Mini Dolls of the two main characters, at every release of one of the four books, to release in whatever contest they want for my books.

And when my NtB screenplay is made into a movie, the filmmakers who turn it into cinematic magic are going to get Cuddle Dolls of the two main characters, the dark horse character, and the lost character, to release in their own auction or contest.

There's no such thing as 'it won't happen'. It will happen.

Before this body turns 40, I will have my NtB series published. And I will be on the best-sellers list. I will make it happen, and no one, not even the idiot in the Oval Office (who thinks erotica of any kind is un-Christian and evil---that's one of the reasons he's an idiot), is going to stop me.
